Information we need in a support email
Sending us a email saying "I can't collect points, what is wrong" is like phoning a Doctor saying I'm sick but you have to guess what's wrong because I'm not going to tell you.:)
If you include as many answers to the following questions in your support email to us, I bet you will get a answer that will fix your problem a lot quicker or even work out the problem yourself.
*What web browser are you using ?
*Have you disabled any advance settings in your browsers options ?
*Are you using a proxy connection ?
*Do you have a pop up stopper installed ?
*Any internet security software installed ?
*Do you see a countdown timer in the top of the page ?
*What the message you get in the top frame after
waiting for the countdown timer to reach zero ?
*Have you tried clearing your cache files or temporary internet files ?
*Have you disabled java ?
*Do you see any other error messages ?
*Have you tried on another computer to this one ?
99.5% of problems are a setting on your computer. Yes you may have no problems with all the other sites you visit but we may have more security checking then they do.
