Clean ups made easy

I have two boys ... being children, and learning to co-ordinate, mishaps do occur. I have several products that i cannot live without. I have a Sabco super swish mop, i always have paper towels, some Chux superwipes, Sard wonder soaker and soap, and I use Am-O-Lin washing liquid for their clothes. The Am-O-Lin baby wipes are indispensable too. Oh yes ... and I have discovered these wonderful new rubbish bins from the hardware store made by Oates - they are vanilla bins. I want to give some examples of some mishaps, and how all these products are so wonderful!!!
1. Spilled milo and milk everywhere - no worries, get to it with the paper towels - i get the kids to use those, and them chuck them in my lovely smelling bouquet bins - no mess, no stink. I then get to it with the chux, and a bit of detergent. For the floor - I wouldn't be without my Sabco Super Swish - i just wet the end of it, and swish away - no problems, muck on floor gone in a jiffy!!! Then I can chuck the re-usable end in the washing machine ready for the next mishap. I keep several end cloths ready for when an accident occurs.
2. The clothes!!! AAARGH! Kids with allergies - my younger son gets eczema all over him, i have to be really careful with what i use. I have found Am-O-Lin to be excellent - I can use it in my front loader to wash the clothes. The clothes wash beautifully. For really yucky stains i throw the clothes into the Sard wonder soaker overnight, and then they go into the machine. Their clothes are clean, no mishaps evident!!! For stubborn stains like grass or blood, a few second scrub with the Sard Wonder soap works miracles. I really love these products, and they do make my life with two boisterous boys so much easier.

When my kids were little I would use a paint drop sheet under their high chairs. It makes cleaning up that much easier. You just take the drop sheet outside and hose off on the clothes line.
