Well, it had to happen.
Our last Australian server is un-contactable. This is the server Bluey’s is hosted on. I’m currently commissioning a server overseas and
will upload your favourite game as soon as the server becomes available.
I will post further updates as they come to hand
It’s going to a long night folks

Update
As mentioned earlier, all files have been transfered to the new server.
We are currently waiting for the hosting company to correct permissions on the database so we can go live.
The database was too big to be backup, we are looking at syncing the username with the main site. |

I'm sorry folks.
We have been let down by the hosting company. They state that this last change should take a minimum of 1 hr to a maximum of 24 hours.
Well guess what, Failed and still counting.
All I can do is keep on there backs for the changes and get the site up asap. |

Never again.
After a week long email fight with a well known domain reseller who also offer so called professional hosting, I was finally able to get our files back off their server and cancel there non working hosting.
Believe it or not, they think it ok to take 3+ days to modify a setting allowing us to use a database.
Of course you are not told any of this until you have clicked to access the hosting control panel and get a message that it is processing and can take 1 to 24 hrs to be completed, 15 hrs later emailing them asking what the hell is going on because you know it should only take 5 mins and a few clicks you get told no it not 24 hrs it is 72 hrs (actually it was 84 hrs from the first request). Finally got access back to the control panel and my total shock, seeing the database security and access was still pending.
Hoping mad sending anothe emai we send a reply
I am sorry for any trouble that this may have caused you. I have looked into the escalation and they are still investigating this matter. We will contact you once the issue has been resolved. We appreciate your patience while we look into this matter further for you.
Now the fight is to try and get a refund. They are quoting 48 hrs for the request to be processed. If they do happen to approve the refund another 5-7 business days to actually see the refund back into our account.
WHAT A JOKE
Anyway we now have a server that is 3 times the cost but I can do the setting up myself.
Hopefully Bluey's will be back online by the time you read this.
I'm sorry but you will have to sign up again as I have totally run out of time due to other commitments that I can't change
Please use the same username and email as you have at the main easycash site so it is easier to track people's accounts to give weekly points.
Cross figures it all works ok.

Well first off sending me emails like this does not help matters at all.
| Code: |
| whats wrong with this site it wont let me sign in god this pisses me off |
Glad to see you asked nicer in the forum.
Now you say you are trying to sign in and it is telling you your username and email already exist. Well I hope they do as you wouldn't have an account if they didn't !
It sounds to me you are trying to signup again and not login to play to get that message. Is this the URL you are at when signing in http://www.blueyspoker.easycash.com.au/login.asp ?
Perhaps you have just forgotten your new password. If you have, Go here, http://www.blueyspoker.easycash.com.au/login.asp and put in your email address and you will be mailed your details.
To answer your email, nothing is wrong with the site other than a few arrogant members |
