Name a one hit wonder song that you like or dislike.

I have 2 songs pre selected and if you are the first person to guess either of them you will win 100 reward points.

You have to name the song and the artist correctly to win

[color=yellow:a11d9bfbe1][b:a11d9bfbe1]Only one guess per member per day! [/b:a11d9bfbe1][/color:a11d9bfbe1]

I may give more clues down the track, as for now the songs were a hit sometime between 1970 and 2004

OK clue # 2Idea
Look at the topic, "One hit wonder" a few are going off track and listing just songs from this era.
Look in Friday's newsletter for another clue and also part 2 of the contest

Good luck[code:1:a11d9bfbe1]We finally have our 2 winners.
The second song was Newcastle Song- Bob Hudson from 1975

For the people that are doubting my judgement,

The Newscastle song hit #1 in the Australian charts for 4 weeks in a row from the 19-April-1975 to 16-May-1975.

It knocked Horror Movie by the Skyhooks off #1 and was knocked off itself by Summer Love by Sherbet.

It also made Billboard top 30 singles of 1975
