Is anyone having the same problem I've been having for over a week with Daily Bonus E-Points whereby I can enter the seccurity code and then that 45 second countdown happens up the top of the page while I view an advert but then after the countdown has finished the usual "Click Here" link at the top of the page is no longer there and so I dont get any points even though I've been viewing the advert for the required timeframe and there is no way out of it other than to click the Back icon on my browser a couple of times to take me back into my account page so that I can log off correctly? Help please:-)

I just tested the feature and it seems to be working fine.

Sounds like a security setting on your computer

I had the same problem but only for 1 day last week, I clicked the back button and entered the new security code that was showing and was awarded the bonus point. A lot of work for 1 point though.

I just had the same problem - it took me to the e-gold website, but no bar at the top with the "click here" feature
If I click the backward button (on IE) then I get the "normal page" with the click here feature, but it only flashes up for a second or so and then I am instantly redirected to the e-gold site (without the easycash top section with the "click here" option)

I am still having trouble with Collect Daily E-Points (8-45pm SA time Saturday 4 February 2006) - like someone else wrote in this Forum, I tooo was auto directed to the E-Gold site after typing in the security code to collect my Daily E-Point and there was no "Click Here" button as per normally happens! Now dont tell me this is still a security issue with my computer as I have thoroughly checked this aspect out and have ensured that ZoneAlarm fully allows the Easycash site. Also. if someone else is having exactly the same problem as me then surely this is not just co-incidence - there seems to be a problem here that is probably not of our doing - please investigate:-)

Sorry everybody the Egold had a frame breaker on it, have replaced it and moved it over to special offers.

I see you are using 2 browsers (IE and Firefox) Have you had the same problem using both ?

When did you upgrade your firefox to the latest version 1.5.0.1 ?
Around the same time to stopped working ?
