Hello everyone,

I have been doing a little bit of "house-work" on the member profiles and notice that there are A LOT of incomplete fields.

Active members MUST have their profiles complete.
This includes
* Full CORRECT NAME
* Complete Address- this includes number, street, suburb &
postcode. NO P O Boxes due to delivery conditions
* Date of Birth
* Male or Female

Recently we held a random prize draw and posted out a surprise to approx 30 members. The original list that we started with was over 100 members profiles. 30 was the number that had the required fields completed. Then of those 30, we have had 8 come back - not known at this address.

HOW CAN WE SEND OUT PRIZES WITHOUT A CORRECT ADDRESS TO SEND ITEMS TO?

Members profiles must be ACCURATE, UP-TO-DATE and COMPLETE to qualify for entry to a contest.

Don't miss out on a prize because your profile isn't up-to-date or complete.

susan i just went to my profile everythink seems ok but can't check my address because there is none in my profile so have you got a address where i live

If you have won a prize lately but haven't received the item, it could be because your profile is not complete.

As stated previously, to be eligible for a prize, you MUST HAVE YOUR DETAILS COMPLETE.

This includes full name - First name and last name, and full correct address.
